Fees

Consolidateds fee structure is dependant on the assignment and the complexities of each individual clients requirements.

As the firms entrepreneurial principles are the driving force for its success, its fee structure is designed to accommodate each client independently.

The emphasis, which Consolidated places on the development of close personal relationships with its clients, has enabled the firm to continue to negotiate flexible fee arrangements, in addition to any appropriate lending margins. Its fee arrangements may include equity, warrants and/or options to subscribe for equity, and participation in the profitability of projects in which the firm is involved, but its equitable remuneration is always based on the "success" achieved for its clients.

To ensure that Consolidated is aligned with its clients objectives, the firm usually seeks a combination of a flat fee for short-term assignments and a retainer for ongoing and long-term clients, while always including an element of a mutually acceptable success fee.
